Halvy is operated by Halvy Rides Limited. Halvy is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, including the personal information of children whose details may be provided by their parents or guardians.

Your profile information (name, suburb, vehicle details) is visible to other members of groups you belong to. Your children's names are also visible within those groups for the purpose of coordinating rides.

9Data Retention

Personal information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal information will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Ride history and confirmation records may be retained in anonymised form for platform improvement and safety purposes.

10Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If material changes are made, you will be notified through the platform and, where required, asked to re-accept the updated policy.
